HP posted a warning on my laptop that the fan was overheating, and to shut it down to avoid data loss and damage. Tom picked up my laptop from my home, gave me a quote if it was going to need a new fan, and also said he would call if there were any other issues. He was prompt, professional and very courteous. He returned my laptop the next day, after doing a diagnostic check. He found no problems with the fan. He charged me only the standard fee for an appointment. This was an enjoyable experience. We have been having the same problems with our internet for over a year and no one else was of much help. We are up and running and it is smooth. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?It is very important that we listen to exactly what the customer's needs are. We then offer a solution or a few solutions. The customer always should remain in control of the process. We work for them. They are the boss.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our techs have a minimum of a college ATA in computer hardware and networking. They usually have various certifications above and beyond their degree.
