From the start of my experience with Knife and Pepper, working with Carrie was a breeze and, equally importantly, a fantastic decision for my private party. Between short notice, a change in party organization, and personalized service, she really went above and beyond to provide an incredible catering package. On the day of, she was professional, punctual, and eager to make the party a hit, and I am very glad that I went with Knife and Pepper. Finally, it bears mentioning that everyone loved the food, and the portions were very generous for the number of guests confirmed. I would absolutely recommend going with Knife and Pepper for your private party!Jun 6, 2017Verified

We had a caterer cancel at the last minute for our wedding (eek!). Carrie was willing to work within our tight budget and she communicated with us regularly and promptly to get everything in place in a very short amount of time. The food was great, the taco meat in particular. Thanks k you so much for your last minute help feeding our guests!Sep 18, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? It matters what is being ordered and complexity of the menu items along with the cost of the protein and labor. I do not put in hidden fees, or admin fees that you see a lot in corporate catering companies. I hope to remain small to make sure I keep it fair and affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Trying to find what flavors they are interested in and making sure they feel heard so they know they will get what they have asked for.
