I met Jen when she did a presentation at Natural Grocers. I have heard her speak twice, each time on a different group of colors. Her approach to food and eating is very unique. My jaw just dropped as she talked about the colors of fruits and vegetables and how they affected the body. Within each color group she choose three items and explained how each color would affect your mood, the nutritional value of each of the items she presented and how that fruit or vegetable would function and/or perform within the body to do certain things. She believes that each person is unique in the way they metabolize and react to foods and then she proceeds to create a program to meet your special needs. This concept certainly has my vote. I have recommended Jen to several of my friends and they all are as impressed with her knowledge and the program she is promoting as I am. I would suggest that you go to one of her presentations and then try the program for yourself. Bev Regan

Through the Drishti Plan I learned that the strategy that I was using to lose weight each spring for vacation and golf season was something called undereating and it simply doesn’t work for more than a few months. I learned the importance of eating in a manageable way that supports my Metabolic Profile. This insight has given me a new point of view about how to eat to create consistency and a sustainable way of keeping my weight low.

Once hitting 40 I noticed that my energy level was low, I was gaining weight and generally feeling sluggish and slow both mentally and physically. Enter Jen and Drishti profiling!!! I had a goal to improve my habits around eating and I wanted to find a program that I could do online. The Drishti Plan provided valuable details that applied specifically to me about which foods to pair together and how beneficial it would be to cut down on coffee since it challenges my metabolism. Pretty simple and very convenient, I highly recommend this!
