I thought having a cleaning person was a luxury but having this extra help in a time of need has opened my eyes. Thank you for the extra help and I may want to be on a regular routine. Allowed me to keep my focus on so many other things . Love a clean house and it can be a struggle with my busy schedule and I am pleased with the results. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are a new client we will start with a brief phone call or email about the details of the work you are wanting done. Then you can decide if you would like to have us come out and do a walk through of your house to explain your cleaning needs in more depth or if you are comfortable with everything discussed on the initial phone call then we will schedule a convenient time to complete your cleaning needs. Once Crystal Clean is hired we will come out and complete your cleaning needs . We also offer very convenient billing through email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for another cleaning company for 3 years. I also have 12 years of being a mom of three . Cleaning up daily after 3 kids can teach you a few things about cleaning for sure.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Cleaning has always been something I enjoy doing. I enjoy the satisfaction I feel when I finish cleaning a house . I love knowing I'm helping you be able to relax easier at night in a sparkling spotless home.
