Please contact me direct to ask about prices and service agreements. Save up to 10% in parts and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like first and foremost want to make it know that He/Her are in good hands. I like to give multiple options to help fit the tightest of budgets. I use a flate rate system which means say goodbye to time and material. I provide up 15% on parts and labor with certain service agreement packages so I like to present the options to the customer and let hem know about savings. Usually all my first time customers receive 15% off the total price on there first service call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from HVAC Technical college in 2009 and have 9 years in the field experience install and service, commercial HVAC, residential, restaurants, anything from a 5 ton split up to trane intellipack chillers.
