Not only is the pizza delicious, but Mano and Stephanie are fantastic to work with, which is why we have hired them to cater our wedding this spring. Flour Dust Pizza's food options fit our rustic and low key themed wedding. Who doesn't love pizza?!?! They make theirs with quality ingredients, and the truck is very classy with its black, white, and wood finish. Bonus, Mano and Stephanie are very approachable and will work with you to help your vision come to life. They listened to what we wanted, offered reasonable and helpful suggestions, and made things work suitable to our preference and budget. We are very excited for them to help make our big day extra special with pizza and all the fixings. Can't wait for the photo op of me making my pizza in my wedding dress. :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer two price packages with options to adjust as needed. Our initial standard package is $15/person, with this you'll be able to treat your guest with more traditional flavor pizzas (peperoni, mushroom, veggie and Margherita pizza). Our next package is $18/person and with this you'll get our specialty and seasonal pizzas (roasted figs, smoked salmon, prosciutto, burratta cheese, fresh mozzarella, smoked gouda cheese).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We show up to your venue one hour in advance to set up. We cook from the outside of our truck so everyone we'll have a chance to see how we make our pizzas and what goes into it. Also get an up-close view of our wood-fired oven and pizzas being baked.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my pizzaiolo training in Florence, Italy. Our pizzas our traditional thin crust Italian style.
