FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a fee schedule that is a downloadable document on my website. The fees for each project can range very differently from what appears on my fee schedule; but it gives potential clients the level of quality I bring to projects with my expertise. However, working through Thumbtack with its bidding system, and knowing in advance if the potential client has a realistic budget to work with, the process of discussing fees would be managed more quickly. I can easily recognize which clients would be presenting a realistic budget to receive the full evel of my skill sets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Telephone calls and/or video calls are scheduled so we can discuss the project and go over the questions that each of us will have before committing to working together. I encourage all potential clients to get to know me through my online activities on social media platforms; and likewise, I like to get to know my clients this way as well. It helps to gain a glimpse of who we are so we can feel confident about working together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Social Marketing Associate (CSMA). I have completed the YouTube Academy to "Grow Your Audience," which proves to be a powerful hands-on-and know-how foundation where I can help others with their new or existing YouTube Channels. My college degree is in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, which has an emphasis on Marketing Principles. I am also an instructor on the Udemy platform for Online Marketing Principles.
