Infinit Security LLC is awesome. Kenzi and his techs came on Friday to install my system ( keyless door lock entry, outdoor camera, indoor motion sensor camera, exterior garage door sensor, back door sliding glass sensor, front door sensor, interior garage door sensor and alarm panel). They were very friendly and professional. Once the system was installed they walked us thru setting up the alarm panel. Most companies would have stopped here with a "thank you, if you have any further questions you can call this 1-800 number and someone will assist you" But, they were even kind enough to go thru different scenarios with our children to insure they knew how to use it properly. Kenzi sat with us and walked us thru setting up the alarm app on our phones as well as setting up our account online. I love our new system. Thank you Infinit Security.

Kenzi did an excellent job installing the security system in our home. And, he made suggestion that met our needs because we have a disabled person in the home. For the first time in a very long time I feel confident leaving home and being able to actually see inside my home to check on my disabled family member. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any qualifying home will become compensated promotional clients for GE's new smart-home security & automation system. Client must agree to place Solar Powered Yard Sign in front of home for advertising and better visibility for home security! Equipment fee will be waived at the courtesy of GE's advertising budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
INFINIT Security will send a quote to a potential client. Quotes will range in variation to the amount of equipment you need. Nevertheless, we will have additional questions for clarity in your project/job. From these questions we will be able to navigate the quote to suite your budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hampton University - Bachelor Degree (Business Management & Entreprenuership) 9 yrs experience in Home Security Industry.
