- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a set hourly rate, however I offer some rate packages depending on the size of an organizing project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All projects begin with an initial free-of-cost consultation. This allows me to get a better sense of who my client is, and what their overall needs are. Following the initial phone consultation I provide a detailed action plan, which includes an expected timeline for the project. Clients have the option of incorporating phone consultations in between in-person organizing sessions, to support long-term organizing goals or projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my BA and MA (pending dissertation completion) in Psychology. As well, I have worked as an administrator for various large companies and universities and have an attuned sense of how to simplify filing systems, databases, and practices associated with running a business. Lastly, I have worked as a teacher, mentor, and group facilitator and specialize in encouraging the learning and growth of individuals.
