Paul is great, his crew did an amazing job on our new tile,coping and pool resurface. He is working closely with our other contractors to accommodate scheduling and weather changes. We highly recommend VIP pools for any residentially pool work.

I had three other pool repair people look at it and could not figure out the problem and even came over on a Sunday to reclean the pool for my daughter's birthday party. Very responsive and very fair in his pricing.

I would give five stars except they were running VERY late that day and ended up not arriving until after 5pm for a 2-4pm time slot. Otherwise the two technicians were very knowledgeable and professional and did a very thorough job. We will likely use them to open our pool back up in the spring.

I was initially very frustrated by how long it took VIP Pools to finish a job that should have been done weeks ago. They finally came back out to finish up today. While I'm not thrilled that it took so long for the job to be completed, the pool does look great FINALLY. I haven't seen my final invoice, but Paul told me that he wasn't going to charge me extra for the work that was done. My review will change if that isn't true.

Paul delivered on a pump motor replacement. Asked for a variable speed motor and he tried his best to find one, but ultimately went with single-speed, which works fine.
