- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start at $4.00 per person if you just want us to serve single scoops and then the average price will go up from there depending on what people order. There is a nonrefundable deposit of $300 for events. If $300 worth of items are not used at the event, the difference is refunded back to you and if there is an excess beyond $300 for the event, the difference is owed to me. I am able to make special arrangements depending on the size and scope of the event so please feel free to ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For special events, customers typically ask for a customized menu which we do. We will give you an estimate depending on how many people will be present and offer discounts for larger groups.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two ice cream certifications; One is from Anne Arundel Community College and the other is from Penn State University.
