We used Cathy to stage our home we sold in Fairfax. She and her crew did a beautiful job, so nice in-fact the kids didn't want to leave : ) She used furniture and accents that really fit the space and that appealed to a majority of people. She was very professional and she kept on-schedule. I would not hesitate to use her again... wish she also did interior design for our new place!

Cathy's staging is first class. We were having a real problem selling our home in KPW, and ultimately changed realtors...to the Mary and Cathy Team. Within slightly more than a week the house sold for a substantial amount more than it had been listed at. Cathy's staging played a major role in this result.

Our prior home was located near a busy street and we would need every advantage we could find to make a speedy sale. We set a date for staging and Cathy (and her crew) were in and out of the house within a day's time. Her work was done on time and within the budget we set. The redesign gave our home a breezy, modern feel and the house sold quickly. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Cathy staged our house when we sold in early 2017. She kept the pieces that made our house look good and brought in new pieces that made it look better. We sold for above asking price and our buyers were even disappointed that they couldn't keep the staged furniture. Cathy was an absolute joy to work with.

We have a variety of pricing packages to best meet your needs. Please call to discuss your specific project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to preview the space we are staging either in person or through pictures. Each space we stage has its own personality and the staging must work well with that personality. There's nothing worse than a modern home staged with traditional furniture. We work to match the staging to the demographic of the most likely buyer. As a top real estate agent in a busy market, I understand demographics and work to increase your buyer pool through appropriate staging.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being a real estate agent myself has probably given me the best training for this work.
