I totally understand how stressful change (or even just the idea of change) can be and sometimes having a coach to help you sort out what you really want and how to get there is extremely helpful. I should know because I used to have a lot of professional and personal stress before I found coaching. I personally use a coach presently to help me figure things out, come up with a plan of action and hold me accountable!! Stress is a catabolic energy. That means is can affect every aspect of your being in a destructive way. It is your body’s way of telling you it is time to make some sort of change. Stress can be defined as a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. Job transition (or simply a desire for something different professionally), relationship issues with friends or loved ones or even your nosy neighbor, lacking a sense of purpose or having difficulty living in alignment with your values…it is clear that stress can come from a wide variety of normal living situations. Between counseling, coaching and many years clean and sober, I have been working with individuals for over 35 years to transition through life changes. I usually set up a 45-minute discovery session to see if we click. We can use Zoom video conferencing (it’s free) so we can see each other (and I can send you a copy of the recording for you look over when we are finished). We can talk about how to move forward at that time with different programs I offer or tailor one to your specific needs. I have a Master's degree in Counseling from Boston University. I am an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. I am a Core Leadership Dynamics Specialist and a Master Practitioner of Energy Leadership. That means that, together, we focus on ways to help you shift from catabolic destructive energy to being a leader at work, in your family and any other activity you participate in. Finally, I am a certified facilitator for the work of Dr. Brené Brown. I bring ways to move past any shame you have around certain issues. Oh…I also recently became in internationally published author in a compilation book about overcoming struggles as an entrepreneur. The book is “Light at the End of the Funnel” and went to number one in two categories on Amazon. This was in a large part due to having my own personal coaching in the last several years. I never would have imagined this not too long ago. All of that means that I have a whole bunch of tools so you can switch to a meaningful way of life that will bring you peace, happiness and joy.
