- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My day of coordination is a flat rate. Any services outside of the contract signed will be allocated in an amended contract and added to the final invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process would be to get to know my client a little bit, get an idea of what they want and how they envision their day. From that point If They wanted to get some ideas flowing I would have them answer a questionnaire to get an idea of where my services are needed and how I can help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my certification in Wedding Planning , & Event Design & Styling. I have 11 years of Event Planning experience anywhere from community events to corporate events and everything in between. My BA is in Communications and my Masters is in Management and Leadership.
