- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk with customer to find out their needs and brief project overview to see if it’s something that fits into us coming to a great outcome. Next we schedule a time to meet and look at work and take any measurements or info I need to give best price quote. After customer reviews quote I will answer and questions/concerns and adjust price on added or subtracted work based on customer feed back. If we come to an agreement we discuss down payment needed to cover materials and start up costs associated and further payment details. Then we schedule work to be done.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to high school for Carpentry and went right into the trades working for the same company for most of my career. I was a project manager for the last 8 years before opening my business.
