- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We at the Susan Kane Camp actually custom design our menus around all of our clients. Everyone has different budget in mind. We do a per person pricing for our foods and what you see on my profile are estimates of per person pricing depending on how many guests. Susan Kane
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Initial contact is through email. We like to have as much detailed information so we are able to best assist our clients. Sending sample menus depending on what kind of an event my clients wish to have. We send photos and tell our clients all about our work and foods. This leads to a phone conversation with the client and most end up booking our services. A scheduled walk through at a venue and/or a private residents to see and scope the layout of their event.
