- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing like 60 to 65 dollars an hour is not uncommon in investigations when you think about what is put into various inevestigation and the needs it brings with it. I like to speak with the client and determine a low cost with largest impact type response to ultimately drive the possible need for my services again... I want you to use me, so i will form a companionship with you and your agency and keep everyone informed while continuing to provide a service you are proud of.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally would like to speak with the client and determine what their underlying purpose and need is through their request for my assistance. This allows an opportunity to decipher from pricing and ultimately saving the client from making unnecessary choices to spend hard earned monies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently and a Law Enforcement Officer with over 16 years of Investigative Experience. I believe that I can offer the client many useful skills and various experiences that other investigators may not share as they have not been exposed to various types of ongoing investigations. I am also an owner to a large private investigations firm specifically dealing in Private Investigative Services and we have seen a large happy customer review pattern.
