Introduction: Hi! Congratulations on wanting to take the next step to achieving your fitness goals. I am a personal trainer who writes 4 week transformational fitness programs, for individuals who want to complete their training on their own time and at their own convenience. I perform a 30 minute consultation session, (in person, at an agreed upon public location, or over the phone), to get an understanding of the clients health history, goals and current physical condition. Then we discuss the best "plan of attack" for the individual. If you are currently a member at a gym, or exercising at an apartment gym, I can meet you there and demonstrate each exercise in the prescription, to ensure you are performing the exercises with correct form. The program is sent through a Google Doc, that is visible to both the trainer and client. There are places for clients to log their weights. There is also explicit instruction to aid the client through each workout. I also perform weekly check ins (via email or phone) to make sure you are completing your workouts and to hold you accountable. I provide 2 strength training workouts and 2 cardio workouts. These workouts repeat themselves each week, for 4 weeks. At that time, I conduct another 30 minute consultation to discuss your progress, and I create the next round of workouts to ensure you avoid plateau and can achieve the best results. Elizabeth created a custom workout plan for me that was easy to follow, and met me at my current ability level (although the workouts are most definitely still challenging!) She is always quick to respond if there is a question about the workout and helps hold you accountable for completing them. I have had an awesome experience so far and am continuing to use her for new workouts every 4 weeks!

    Step 1: Initial 30 minute consultation (in person or via the phone) Step 2: Generate a 4 week transformational CUSTOM fitness program to be completed by the client, based on their goals and health history. Step 3: Share this program with the client through email and Google Docs, and guide them through the program with attached instructions. As well as provide instruction on how to track progress. Step 4: Conduct weekly check ins (via email or phone) to ensure client is progressing and to hold them accountable. ** If necessary, I can meet client at their gym or apartment gym and demonstrate each exercise in the program to ensure they are completing workouts correctly.
