FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to charge flat rate fees that are clearly discussed up front. This means that a client will not need to pay me a large retainer up front. This also means that clients will not be charged an hourly rate for text messages, telephone calls, emails, and in person meetings. In criminal cases, my flat rate includes all court appearances, attorney-client meetings, written motions, emails, telephone calls, and any other form of communication between myself and my client. Because I run my own practice, I am able to negotiate lower fees with clients and work with clients so that they are able to afford quality representation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
