Introduction: Most exciting part is being able to teach life saving techniques and have your students come back to you and tell you that they actually "made a difference" and "saved a life"! Cannot get more rewarding than that! I love to engage and interact with my clients and here their experiences and how we can help them in the future. I enjoy observing the progress of learning from when they walk into class not knowing vs. when they finish class after 5 hours of teaching and their confidence levels have escalated based on their learning skills during my class.

Odalys is well trained, organized, knows current practice and procedure, she is a patient teacher and in my experience a wealth of knowledge when it comes to first responder training. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For 1 - 2 students, cost per student is $60 per student for a 2 year American Red Cross Certification for CPR/AED/First Aid (Adult, child, infant). For groups of 4 - 8 students, it is $55 per student for CPR/AED Basic First Aid certification valid for 2 years.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide quote, communicate with customer on more specifics of my training and proceed to commitment of date/time
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Occupational Health & Safety Professional. I have been with American Red Cross for 20+ years, 10 of those years as an Instructor for Lay Responder, CPR/ AED/First Aid Trainings. I am also a Professional Rescuer for American Red Cross as well as an Instructor for Professional Rescuer level.
