Aimee is upbeat , informative , and motivational personal trainer. She helped with meal planning and fitness which in turn put me in better mood everyday. I recommend her services if your looking to lose weight , build muscle , feel happier about your life.

I’ve been training with Aimee for 6 months. She is very supportive-keeping in contact with me throughout the week and not just during my workout sessions. She is upbeat, positive and easy to work with. Aimee helps me work through my setbacks and obstacles. Not only is she a true certified personal trainer, but Aimee has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In other words, Aimee knows how to help you overcome your personal demons at the gym! Her workouts are challenging and creative. Each workout is tailored to my specific needs and areas I would like to improve upon. Aimee is a great listener and works closely with each individual to put words into actions. The final product is AMAZING RESULTS!!!!

Aimee is an excellent trainer for all levels of fitness. She is very knowledgable, superbly attentive, passionate, and creative. She challenges clients and keeps them growing, but is always mindful of individual limits and goals. If you commit the effort and time to her sessions, you will certainly see results. I say this as I have been through a few trainers - some good and some bad, all with different methods or specialties. I am an intermediate level of fitness—previously athletic, some exposure to complex lifts and form, and committed to 3 days a week at the gym. I wanted a female trainer who wasn’t afraid to lift heavy, but knew the importance of proper form as I can break easily. She was my girl. After half a year, 3 times a week with her, I have nothing but praises to say. I have shown more progress in this half-year than a full year with other trainers, or any number of years on my own.

Aimee is an overall great trainer! She takes the time to make sure you understand what you are doing (and why). She is always available for questions and/or support. She helped keep me on track and was always very encouraging and supportive. I sure needed all the positive reinforcement I could get! #aimtogetfit
