- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing without seeing the job is extremely hard. there's a lot of things that can't be seen with pictures and only a physical inspection would inform and address issues. so to see if we are a match here are some generic pricings. patching paint prep addressing cracks and so on. $250.00 (4 hrs max) minimum service call includes materials to fix and cover $550.00 full 8hr day includes material for paint prep crack resolution minor patches involving drywall or wire lathe. ceiling redo (standard height 8ft) 1st stage skim over( if possible )12 ×12 600.00 2nd Stage 3/8 blue board installed over existing ceiling 12×12 850.00 both prices include all materials reskimming existing walls 12×12 room smooth finish 750.00 includes all materials Please understand that these prices are non negotiable also that the prices could go higher due to other mitigating factors ie. structural deficiencies 2nd 3rd floor areas extra work need to insure professional and guarantee product that will stand the test of time. New construction plaster work for 30 4x8 sheets or more Im at 1.25 sq ft. labor only. And if it is both drywall and finish that prices is 1.80 per sq ft. For other work I function at a price point of $50.00 hr for all carpentry and handy man services If these prices are in your range then we will be able to have a successful relationship.
