- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair in our pricing. We are not the cheapest, although we are definitely not the most expensive. We provide Quality, Affordable Craftsmanship!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is usually best if we are able to start off the process with a telephone call. Typically, the next step would be to come out and have an onsite meeting to discuss details about the job. At that point, we'll put together a proposal with pictures if applicable, and email to the potential client within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA training. Project Management experience. California State Contractor.
