FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it come to Taxes our prices are based on the most fair for the work and time we spend making sure your taxes are prepared not only correctly but legally. When it comes to the legal side, we have a licensed attorney that prices in a fair manner for the area and the work that is being done. We have friendly legal assistants and paralegals who care about you and your case and are always reachable to help go over any questions or concerns. We treat our clients like the family they become.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start working with a new customer we like to be able to speak directly with the customer and go over your goals and also the breakdown of the scenario. Each client and case is different no matter what, so we prefer to go over it in person or over the phone in the most detailed manner possible. We want you to ask as many questions and many times you will find that we are answering questions you didn't even think of. Our number one goal is to make sure you are educated and knowledgeable of the work we are doing whether that be Taxes with our Tax professionals or a legal case with our attorney.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
