Sandra was a joy to work with. Everything was easy leading up to the event and the food was spectacular. She also helped with the tablescape and when she left, our house and dishes/glasses were spotless. Thank you, Sandra!

Sandra catered a delicious dinner party for my husband’s birthday. It was a plated dinner proceeded by hor’s d’oeuvres. We just got to enjoy our guests and great food. She did everything from setup to clean up.

The quality of Chef Sandra's extraordinary meal deserves a 3-star Michelin rating! She used top-of-the-line foodstuffs and extras that culminated in a mouth-watering meal! In the weeks leading up to our meal she was incredibly responsive to our menu requests and to creating a special ambiance at the dinner table with thoughtful decorations. She paid exquisite attention to the smallest details, providing us copies of our specialized meal plan as part of the table setting. Chef Sandra expertly marries great cooking with gracious hospitality -- you will not be disappointed if you engage her talented services!

I cannot say enough great things about Sandra and CVC private chef experience. From the beginning she asked a few simple questions about what menu or cuisine we were interested and came up with beautiful options for menu. She not only presented us with a stunning (fresh, vibrant, delicious) dinner - but also an amazing curated cocktail hour bites pre-dinner. She also created a stunning tablescape that was on theme for our weekend. The food was not only plentiful, but truly upscale like fine dining, and tasted absolutely amazing. Her fresh ingredients and attention to detail as a chef is truly phenomenal! I wish I could hire her for my every day meals! Would 200% recommend and hire again!

Sandra was incredible! We had dinner party of the 13 that had extensive allergies & food sensitivities and she came up with a delicious menu for all of us to enjoy! She went above & beyond with the decor & menu cards! I would highly recommend using her and can't wait to book her again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is individualized and is directly attached to the menu chosen. My minimum is $400 for any event. Brunch starts at $45 per person, lunch at $55 and dinner $85. Cocktail parties start at $60 per person.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone consultation provides me with a better understanding of the clients needs and allows me to provide an individualized menu and proposal for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With an MBA and years of business experience I am exceptionally qualified to not only provide a delicious experience but also a very professional and organized one.
