Edith Partida is a certified trainer who is a consummate professional at the top of of her game. She consistently demonstrates a comprehensive and fundamental understanding of anatomy and physiology when developing the appropriate regimen to help her clients either recover from an injury or get into shape. With a background in physical therapy, Edith knows how to appreciate and adjust to her clients' current physical state before motivating them to exceed beyond any physical limitations. I have been a client of Edith's for the last theee years--using her services for both physical therapy and personal training--and I could not imagine working with another individual. I highly recommend Edith Partida for your personal training requirements--she's awesome!

Edith is amazing! As someone who has been an althete their entire life, I can attest that the training sessions with Edith will make you stronger, faster and leaner as you cut fat and build muscle. I started training with her about 8 months ago with both of my achilles injuried. She has been a tremendous help with strengthening to correct areas needed to promote healing. After every workout I feel so much more in my body and notice certain aches and pains disappear. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are in your best shape by maintaining your physical health. Every session she shows me new ways to utilize the body with unquie exercises that leave you sweating! She is very knowledgeable, adaptable and bright. I really enjoy her company as a trainer! Great personality and is absolutely wonderful to work with!

I have been training with Edith for almost three years now. Without a doubt, it is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Edith has taught me so much about exercise, stretching, and overall healthy living. She is a wealth of knowledgeable! With Edith's coaching, I have gained so much strength, muscle mass, and confidence in myself and my body's abilities. Edith has been my biggest supporter this entire time. She celebrates my successes and shows me how to get back on track after a setback. She has never made me feel 'less than'. She knows exactly how to motivate me with kindness and compassion, but is still tough enough to kick my butt every time! Edith has shown me hundreds of different exercises and is constantly challenging me. She puts in so much effort into each and every training plan, totally customized to me and my goals. There are so many great things about her, but the best thing about Edith is just who she is as a person. She has the kindest heart and a genuine passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals, and it shows in everything she does. I do not know where I would be without her in my life!

I started personal training about three years ago when I turned 30, finished law school, and finally had some time to get back into shape. My body took a toll working full-time and going to law school at night for 4 1/2 years. During that time, I began experiencing lower back problems and went through some significant physical therapy for sciatica. I started training with Edith last summer, July 2017 timeframe, she is the fourth trainer I have worked with since I began. Within just a few months of working with Edith, I was able to build a significant amount of upper body strength to perform my very first pull-up! It was an exhilarating accomplishment. I think what makes Edith unique is that she loves her art. She never goes through the motions and training with her is not about getting through a list of exercises. No. She is attentive, provides on the spot constructive feedback, modifications if needed, explains muscle groups, the purpose of a particular stretch or strength or conditioning exercise, etc. She is passionate about bringing the best out of you and knows how to help you find your weaknesses to make them strengths. Through her, I've come to care more about my body, mind, and healthy living. After all, it is the only place we've got to live in.
