Maribel was great! She showed up a few minutes early, and she completed a move-out cleaning thoroughly - and on her own - in less than four hours. The floors, baseboards and windows are all clean, and she did a great job on the bathroom and oven! There were a few pieces of furniture left in the apartment, and she cleaned those, as well, which I really appreciated. Maribel was amazing. I called her and requested for early appointment and she was there in half hour. She worked so hard to clean my kitchen and made it look so amazing. She showed me mice poop in my kitchen to point out mice problem in the apartment. Thanks to her I was able to address it earlier. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I think I charge reasonably and around average. I can work with the client if the quote is not comfortable for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I let the customers tell me what they want done. Later i do my best to accomplish what needs to be done I work slow but in detail. So far I have happy customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I use to work at the Navy hospital in Bethesda In there they trained to sanitized everything in a home is similar so I just combine what I would normally do in my own home too.
