Introduction: The Ferocity Dance Company is a Latin Dance Company located in Northern VA that primarily focuses in different styles of Bachata. We pride ourselves on providing a family type of environment full of positive energy, hard work and fun results!
The Company was founded in 2012 by Kat Arias, who is the Owner & Director and wanted to create a place where anyone that wanted to be family, could be. Ferocity has won many accolades throughout the years and has weathered many storms in the quest to create this safe space for all who love to dance. Ferocity is: Family, Fierce, Passion.
We have multiple aspects to our studio depending on your interests
Social Dancing
We offer group classes, private lessons, specialty workshops and a non-performing Training Team both In Person and Virtually at our studio if your primary focus is to become a better social dancer.
Wedding Dances & Quinceñeras
We offer private lesson instruction you help you get ready for your big day! Whether it's a full on choreography or getting some steps down, we help everyone make their visions come to light and can teach in Ballroom & Latin style dances.
Competitive Training
Since 2015 we have been participating in competitions with our competitive group and with couples or amateur students that train with us for Pro-Am opportunities. If this is a goal you have we can discuss to see if we're the right fit for you!
While we may not operate or feel like a traditional dance studio, we believe in our vision that anyone can be fierce regardless of their background, and that Fierce is for Everyone, that means you!
