Work time is awesome. I worked with a couple of their trainers and each one was supportive and got results! They actually care about my progress and I’ve lost 20 lbs in two months. Definitely recommend them!

Working with Rafael is great. Such a good trainer! He’s a very talented boxer, and he knows how to get you in shape fast! I was worried about the price at first, but their prices are actually the same as the Title boxing personal training costs. If they can meet me at my place when I have time, I don’t mind the rates.

My kids and I love the Worktime trainers. We have one over once a week for a group session, and it wears them out in such a good way. I’m getting toned too! I really appreciate how much effort they put into prepping for our sessions.

I have had an incredible experience with Worktime Fitness. I used to feel awkward about the way my shoulders were slightly slumped and my posture didn’t help. I wanted to portray confidence but I couldn’t wait it had my shoulders shaped the way they were. Due to timing and school I had a hard time getting motivated to go to the gym. I have been working with worktime fitness and over the course of 6 sessions I have seen such an improvement, not just in my shoulders. My body feels better (and a little sore) in the mornings and I feel stronger throughout the day. I definitely recommend Worktime Fitness to anyone looking to gain muscle, definition, or confidence.
