I don’t really know where to start with Sherman. He is by far the best personal trainer I’ve ever had. He is very understanding and his methods work! I needed to lower my body fat and tone up and his plan allowed me to accomplish that with a 15 pound weight loss. I’ve gained strength and endurance with this plan. The diet was customized based on some of the things I love eating anyway along with some new things I wasn’t eating before. Sherman is very motivating and believes in you no matter where you are in your fitness journey. If you are looking for a great personal training experience, I say give Sherman a call and this is coming from someone who has dealt with multiple personal trainers. He is the go to trainer!

I was very happy with Sherman Training style and technique you can tell he’s been in the fitness arena for awhile and knows his stuff totally transformed my body and I’m very pleased to to say I was able to surpass my fitness goals with him being my trainer. Would recommend him to anyone no matter your goal he told me the ins and outs what works what doesn’t with knowledge and experience ultimately changing my body and building my confidence .

Sherman, I wanted you to know how much you’ve inspired me throughout my fitness journey. I love the way you make learning simple and easy to understand. In the beginning I was a bit nervous because I had never been coached online, however Transitional Fitness has helped me to improve my style of eating with its nutrition plan and understanding the importance of hitting my macros to reach my goals. I have no experience when it comes down to working out and carbs versus proteins. But I will say that Sherman does! Sherman is very knowledgeable about nutrition and working out to reach a certain goals. I was over weight and out of shape and with Sherman’s program and help I’ve been able to lose 20 pounds (so far) and increase my endurance. Sherman is very supportive and motivating as well. I truly appreciate him as a personal trainer and I don’t think I’ll find another like him for the price. I recommend him as long as he’s still available to train me.
