Don't even call him. He showed up and he told me the visit was to give me an estimate but he just went ahead started to fix the problems. My being generosity couldn't ask him to stop working. He asked me to pay him $600 to fix all the problems but he agreed to do the job at $500. He didn't fix all the problems he was supposed to do saying the parts needed to fix are not available, which he should have let me know before starting work. His work is very rough and lousy and even damaged a part of the patio door, which he didn't care. He told me he'd give me a quote to replace all windows and patio door when he left, which was four days ago but he has never contacted me. I'm totally disappointed and impressed that he is worthless and useless. It was just a waste of money.

They gave me professional service and arrived at the day and time schedule. However, troubleshooting the issue was not very accurate and they were called to comeback out to examine the same problem as before to be later told that i may need to do another option to fix my problem. I felt like i was charged too much for the 1st visit which didn't fix my problem so second visit was warranted. My review for this company will be lowered.
