- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When contacted by a new customer, we always respond within 24 hours. We verify that they are within our service area and get a good idea of the work they would like to have done. We schedule a time to come in person to complete an estimate and provide one in written form either in person the next day or by email the same day. Once both parties agree on the price for the work to be done, we schedule the start date of the job and get to work. Suburban Home Improvement tries to be flexible with our customer's schedules and make ourselves available at all times in case of emergencies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our construction and maintenance work are completed by father and son, between whom share 30 years of experience in the industry. From small jobs to large, we are extensively experienced and knowledgable in home repairs, renovations, and maintenance.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Construction has been part of our family for generations. We are continuing the family tradition that has been passed down from his father to the current owner, Arseniy. We've expanded to include window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and tile cleaning in order to provide a better experience to our customers.
