Kayla was extremely friendly and laid back but very professional. I never felt pressured or talked at like a lot of the other places in town. I always felt like the only person she was working with since the response time was fast and informative. I can't express how refreshing the whole experience was, and how much I appreciate Kayla and her team for the attention to detail, hard work, and dedication.Jan 3, 2017Kayla P.'s reply
Hey, Ashley. Our goal is always to make you happy and help create the event that you've pictured since day one. I'm so glad that we could do that for you! Thank you for awesome review!
We booked KG Vocals for our company holiday party. I was given KG Vocals name by someone who didn't use them but had heard about them. I was nervous because no one I knew used them, but from that first phone call and checking them out, I could see why people really enjoyed their services! Kayla is the sweetest person, she always got back to me and was able to answer all of my questions. She came to the party to work the DJ booth and sing a few songs and she did a fabulous job! She knew how to get the party going and get everyone on the dance floor. We danced all night!Jan 3, 2017Kayla P.'s reply
Hello, Don. We had a blast entertaining your party and look forward to helping you out again next year! Thank you for the stellar review and for booking ahead!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We don't have a standard pricing system as events can differ greatly. We're obviously not going to charge the same for a small birthday party and a huge wedding reception. Our pricing will really depend on location, size, date, and the services you'd like included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically we'll discuss what you're looking for and schedule a meeting. During the meeting we go over what you're looking for in a little more detail. We try to cover all the bases but love when people have new questions. The first meeting is when you sign the written agreement and pay a deposit. Depending on the event, there can be up to 2 more meetings before the event. The balance of the agreement is not due until the day of the event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I actually started this on complete accident. I've won plenty of vocal competitions and gradually started getting asked to sing at weddings. After a while I made the decision that this was something I wanted to do. It's always so much fun and easy for me to get people involved since this is something that I've always loved.
