While her work is good, she has a tendency to cancel/change times at the last minute. My schedule is usually flexible so it wasn't a big deal until I needed a move out cleaning. I scheduled it with her almost two weeks in advance and she canceled the night before, giving me no time to find a replacement before I have to be cleared out of the apartment and leaving me stranded. I hired D&S Kleening to clean my old apartment as I'm moving. I'm so impressed! They were friendly and did an amazing job. It's cleaner right now than when I moved in. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?It usually cost a little more the first initial cleaning. The first cleaning takes the longest. Due to not knowing the surroundings.Square feet, how many levels, the set up of your home, your furniture, belongings, living arrangements, upkeep of home. No home is exactly the same and each one is priced different. My prices vary from small apartment to much larger house. Ask questions to find out more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I receive a work request, I send a blind quote. I then send a thank you after it is reviewed. I ask questions about the home in detail. We schedule a date and time to meet in the place to be cleaned the same day. I walk through each area needing attention. We pack in and begin our journey to the beauty of clean. Woman hours are figured in. The client and I come to an agreement we are both happy with. We finish and exit with a smile.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Many years experience in safe and clean environments. From employment to home. I have cleaned, inspected, and much more. I have helped pass state inspections. I inspect my work and my coworkers. They inspect my work as well.
