Being able to share all of my experiences and practices with students whom I teach is the perfect way to help others physically, mentally, and emotionally. This, in turn, helps people make their lives more manageable.

Teaching and practicing yoga is a way of life. I taught special education on a high school level for 36 years. . Ten years ago, I was given the opportunity to enter into yoga teacher training after eight years of having a practice of my own. Teaching yoga is such a gift. I believe that yoga is for everyone. It is such a great second career. Every morning, I get up and practice and/or teach and meditate. It is such a gift to be able to share my teaching experiences, yoga experience, all of my training, and spiritual life with the students I get the honor to work with. I look forward to expanding my horizons and sharing all of my gifts with as many people as I can. I look forward to seeing you on the mat. Namaste.
