Introduction: Hi Roberta, I’m sorry you having trouble with your daughter feeling this way. I can only imagine what that feels like as a parent. I would love to help your daughter! I would approach her with lots of kindness and make sure we have fun together as we work on instilling healthy habits. As an RN, certified health coach, and certified personal trainer, I am trained to customize all workouts and coaching packages to her needs and goals. We will discuss details up front and I check-in often throughout our time together to ensure we are all on the same page in supporting your daughter towards becoming the best and healthiest version of herself! I enjoy working one-on-one or in small groups with those that are excited to make healthy changes in their lives and need the education and/or motivation to make it happen. Besides in-person training, I am able to train and coach individuals using phone calls, emails, and state-of-the-art (very user friendly) software - so the distance between us and varying schedules are not an obstacle for us to work together!
