- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normal labor would be $40 per hour. Tile work is bid out at sq. foot. If a job is straight forward I would set a flat rate. I do not mark up prices on any supplies purchased and willing to use your supplied material if provided. Only if applicable. If I have extra parts on hand I will supply those at no charge. I do offer a $5 dollar per hour discount for seniors and low income family's
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always do exactly what your customers wants, unless they ask for a suggestion. I will usually do the work that most licensed contractors won't!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All my education is hands on and a very good visionary to make drawings come to your life.
