Airsopure gave me a reasonable price for a rather difficult job - cleaning air vents, and inspecting vents, A/C unit, and furnace in our crawl space in 7 degree weather with snow.Feb 23, 2018Verified
We just moved in and noticed our disgusting vents. John was the first to respond and was very professional. A few days later, Airsopure was at my house at the time they said and they were very respectful of my house and animals. I highly recommend these guys if your looking for duct cleaning. Just look at the pictures to prove it. Thanks guys for the great work!!!Oct 12, 2017VerifiedKatrice M.'s reply

Q & A
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?AirSoPure explains our process to the customers at the initial booking, during the job and we show before and after pictures of the job. Live video monitoring systems are on-board the trucks so the customer can see the process of their job at anytime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Like many other jobs that are out there, the Duct cleaning industry has its own pay to play certifications. NADCA certifications although a fancy abbreviation for National Air Duct Cleaners Association, it does not mean the person doing your duct cleaning is certified. It simply means someone in the company spent 900.00 and went to the class. Instead of paying to play Airsopure has taken a different approach. Airsopure has a valid Mechanical License with a duct work endorsement which in the state of Michigan supersedes a NADCA certification and is required to clean Duct work. Our technicians have proven work ability to take on any job. Real performance is not measured by pay to play certifications, it's measured by the job performed and the ability to get it accomplished.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?My family has been in the heating and cooling business for over 50 years. My family has owned and operated 2 Duct cleaning companies for the last 20 years.
