Introduction: Cranial Sacral Therapy is a very personal service, therefore I take the time to get to know each and every person who walks through my door! I do my best to make you feel at home and comfortable. I take the time to listen to your questions and concerns. I also work on children and have a very friendly child environment. If need be I also have child care available so parents can still have there healing time without having to find a sitter. I love what I do! There are no words to describe how cranial-sacral therapy and myofascial release has helped me and my family and friends. I love to help people when they sometimes are stuck in their own lives and to help them find and see the answers that they have been looking for or to finally let go!

Tina Clay specializes in Cranial Sacral Therapy. I was a little dubious prior to my first visit. I didn't know what to expect. I feel amazing after two visits and will continue to see her. My "dead shoulder" feeling has greatly diminished, my whole body feels better and I love having my chakras balanced! Harmonized Healing and Balancing is AWESOME!

Tina worked on my 3 month old son after having his tongue tie released. After our session his latch when nursing was perfect! After a few days it became shallow again but another session with Tina improved his latch again! She is very intuitive. My son is very relaxed and sleepy after being worked on. I'm so glad Tina is able to help my little guy!

Was not what I was looking for at all. She should have been up front with me and said she provides Reiki. On a good note, I did have more energy when I got home and was in good spirits, but still in a lot of pain. If you're looking to get your shakra in order, she might be your person. Nice person, but not for me.

I do apologies for any miscommunication from me on my end that lead you to think that I did Reiki. I do try and be clear in the fact that I am a Craniosacral therapist and that I do balance the Chakras as well. I am sorry that you are still in pain. CST can help with many things including pain, but there is some pain that does need to be looked at by a medical professional or Chiropractor. I do hope you find what you are looking for to relive your pain.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that holistic care should be affordable. I do run sales often.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer first comes to my office for the first time I first have them fill out a health history sheet. We talk a little bit about what they would like out of the session and then we start. I first start at the clients feet and I check for balance, I then work my way up the body until I reach the head I release the myofacial tissue as I go and do unwinding along the way I check the whole body. The client is fully clothed the whole time. Most people say that they feel very relaxed and lighter when they are done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in 5 levels of Cranial Sacral Therapy and Myofacial Release. I took my classes with Dr. Carol Phillips. I also have a level 2 in Reiki and I am in the process of getting my Reiki Masters.
