FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on hourly rates and those rates can be lowered with commitments to larger blocks of hours. What is most important is that we get to work immediately while your in a place where you want to work on things. Delayed counseling can leave to a loss of drive, a missed opportunity. Don't talk yourself out of taking a bold step towards help. Regardless of who you engage to help you, do this right now. You will regret not trying everything possible to salvage this relationship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It begins with an in-depth, confidential conversation about the challenges you are facing, why you decided to reach out for help and what you hope will happen next. From there, (on my own time) I will construct a strategy for taking you out of the situation you are in and get you into the environment and life you want to be in. If this is about a couple and you are both engaging in the counseling, then I will insist I get private talk time with each of you, then we will talk together. I will give you specific things to do, I will hold you accountable, there will be follow up and when success is reached, we will celebrate together!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the course of 26 years, the organization I founded has assisted in the strengthening, and in some cases, the complete rebuilding of over 40,000 fractured relationships. I am a licensed professional, licensed specifically as a Private Investigator specializing in marriage and other relationships. We believe relationships are a human condition, NOT a medical condition. We treat all situations with the focus on dealing with real world situations and real world solutions- not hypothetical "medical" scenarios. Real solutions for real families.
