This guy is awesome! Not only did he do a great job but he went above and beyond my expectations! He took his time and made sure to get every inch of mildew/stain removed...including getting on his hand and knees and scrubbing my garage floor! What was even better is he did more work than originally discussed and refused to take more money (and his prices are already the best)! He even helped out with other things my father was doing around the house! HE WAS FANTASTIC! I will 100% recommend him to anyone and use him again in the future!

He was prompt, courteous and very helpful. I would highly recommend! I had him remove an old mattress for me. Priced very reasonably!
