Introduction: I provide in home pet sitting and house sitting to those local to Fayetteville, Arkansas. I work with cats and small dogs. I go beyond what many pet sitters provide. During each visit (which lasts typically from 30-60 minutes) I will give your fur baby alot of love, cuddles, and play time and make sure he or she is secure with you being gone. I will even send photo or email updates, as well as take in mail, relay your phone messages, water the plants, rotate your lights and blinds, and custom tailor any other services while you are gone. I offer daily visits, discounts for multiple same day visits, as well as overnights and house sitting if you'd like your family member to have constant companionship while you are gone. I am especially good with shy pets who take a bit of warming up ;) I will take excellent care of both your beloved pets and your home and belongings. I thank you for the possibility of caring for your furry family member! I have an undying love for animals. I also have compassion when working with furry babies and their human owners as I understand it is difficult to part with your family member during trips or other commitments.

Nancy Beth was a wonderful house sitter. She was very meticulous about getting everything done. She was house sitting at a bed and breakfast, and so there was quite a bit to do. She got along well with everybody she had to communicate with, and the pets loved her - - - both dogs and a cat. Several times the unexpected happened - - and she handled everything beautifully, contacted the owner, fixed everything, and it all worked out well. I could not recommend her more highly.

Nancy has taken of my dog Isie. I travel from time to time for my job, and it very comforting to know that Isie is well taken care of. From what I have seen, animals just seem to warm up to her in short order. I think she just speaks their lingo.

Nancy was cat sitting and watering my flowers and bringing in my mail. She did a great job of all of these things. Hazel, my cat, seemed well nourished and was not frantic when I came in the door. This is new from what she typically acts ike when I return. My plants looked good when I got home and my mail was on the table where I asked her to put it. I believe she is very reliable and caring. I would use her in the future because I trust her.

Nancy Beth took care of our cat, Casey, for two weeks this August while we vacationed. We were absolutely thrilled to find a person so professional and also so loving and caring for Casey. She thoroughly understood our needs and desires and, more so, brought up details of care that we hadn't even considered. She communicated with me often while away, diligently fed, cared for, cleaned up and played with Casey twice a day during our absence. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes.. Normally, I charge $15-20 a visit. which is usually a 30 to 60 minute visit...this price might be adjusted if the client requires additional or unique services or if they live outside of the city limits. I charge more for overnights however I am very reasonable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come for a meet and greet and complete a form that outlines exactly what services the customer needs (i.e. type of pet, if they need watering plants, take in mail, etc etc.. I do charge a small fee for the meet and greet since usually it can take an hour. I get all important numbers, such as to the vet, a nearby friend or anyone that the customer would want me to contact in case of emergency. I then obtain 2 copies of the keys and obtain a small deposit. I require full payment to be left in cash the day I come to sit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
a long time cat mommy and dog foster mom and have been doing pet sitting for the past few years. I also before as well as volunteered with cats and dogs in the shelter years ago.
