Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Kokoro Sports Performance, LLC exists to educate, equip, and empower others to discover and create their best selves. I, Lexy, as the owner and founder of Kokoro Sports Performance, LLC desire to set a standard of excellence when it comes to helping individuals reach their goals. The goals can vary from just overall health, losing a couple pounds, to training for a specific event, or even to a high school athlete aspiring to be a pro in their sport. No matter the goal I believe I am equipped to teach, coach and empower others in their journey of nutrition and fitness. I use an integrated health approach- mind, body, spirit because I believe it is all connected and that food is medicine. I love that I get to help others discover their best selves.

Training with Lexy has been a great experience! She is very knowledgeable about the lifts, movement patterns, importance of mobility work, and proper nutrition. She is able to explain why you do something, and show you how to do it with correct form and functionality, in a way that's easy to understand. Lexy genuinely cares about people and it really shows in both her training and her friendship. I would absolutely recommend her, regardless of your fitness goals!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up playing sports but was never really that great at any of them. I found CrossFit 3 years ago and quickly did a complete overhaul of nutrition and fitness, I realized that I had unhealthy habits for food and with physical activity. I believe I struggled with a borderline eating disorder for a lot of the years of my life. Because of my lifestyle changes I am passionate about helping others with their eating habits and their thoughts about food, as well as performance enhancement for athletes and just overall healthy lifestyles for individuals who are looking to make a good changes. I'm passionate about exercising and facilitating a journey for individual to reach their full potential. I am now a CrossFit competitor, and I have gone back to school to study exercise science to be able to help people with their nutrition, fitness and wellness goals.
