Carla, Thanks for the review. The original request was for 4 areas, when we arrived we were shown 6 areas. This is why we were slightly more. We provided a written no obligation exact estimate prior to beginning work. I am sorry that you found us talkative. In our 16 years of experience we have found that most of our competition does not take the time to fully understand the clients expectations or to explain what will be done to insure a positive outcome. We were able to remove several spots left from previous cleaner. In addition we cleaned the closets in all the rooms at no additional charge. We hope that despite the slightly higher price that we provided you with a better value. Thank you again for inviting us into your home and allowing us to be of service! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we use a square foot pricing model. We find it to be fair and transparent.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we like to do is to provide a free assessment. We want them to understand what we will be doing and what it will provide for them. If we can't reach an outcome that they desire, then we just shouldn't do it. This is the easiest way for us to avoid complaints. In addition we want them to understand the differences between us and our competition.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an IICRC Certified firm and a CRI certified firm. this means that we follow a standard of care to yield the best possible outcome.
