FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my initial consultations which includes my suggestions for layout, what to buy, paint color etc. is $150. Any hands on styling after the initial consultation or shopping for items is $50 per hour. My home staging fee is $50 per hour for smaller homes and $75 for larger homes per hour as I hire a trained assistant. For home staging I do bring in on trend items to enhance the home that are available free for 30 days if hired to stage the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to working with a client I usually have them send me photos of the areas they would like help with. This gives me ideas of what tools I may bring such as paint samples, granite samples etc. that can be helpful during the initial consultation. I like to meet with clients and see the space and get a feel for what they are wanting and needing and what they have already completed. I am able to offer a report of suggested items to purchase such as furniture, lighting, accessories after the initial consult. Furthermore, I offer hands on styling of the room once client has purchased suggested items or done suggested updates/repairs that may be needed. Each clients needs are different so my services are tailored to what the client is wanting. My home staging services are slightly different than my redesign services.
