I can’t say enough good things about Sebastian and Window Guardians. I wish I had contacted them earlier and I’m so glad they were the first people I talked to. Sebastian explained all my options and was very helpful. The pricing had so much value I ended up adding an additional window. It has transformed my family room and everyone who’s seen it has made some type of positive comment on it. The installers were great too and got everything done in a day. Windows are great quality too. I don’t normally leave reviews but my experience was too good not to. Thank you Sebastian and Window Guardians.

I hired Window Guardian to replace 10 windows I had installed from a large window company over 6 years ago. I was very impressed with the quality of the windows as well as the professionalism and overall job site cleanliness of the workers. I would highly recommend this company for your window installation. Bryan who came out was very knowledgeable and and made the process a breeze and was always accessible whenever I had a question . As far as pricing goes the were lower than the other 3 companies I had come out, don't let that fool you, the quality of their work speaks for itself.

We had a very positive experience with Window Guardians! We met with Bryan and he showed us the window types, was patient and thorough. He did not pressure us into any deals. The window quality is excellent as they use Okna windows, a local company. We opted to go with Window Guardians because they were able to change my front windows from two small singles into a double unit which increased the visibility and did not charge extra. The installer Mike came out and completed the job (13 windows) in only one day with superior workmanship and attention to detail.

First and for most they care about their customers , Bryan came out to my homeHe was patient , professional there was no pressure at all, The products and quality of windows they offer are phenomenal. I have been wanting to replace my bay window for years and they made that a reality . What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is standard based on measurement. For example, if a window’s height and width add up to over 100", then the window is subject to a price changes. Every project is different and manufacturer's sales and coupons fluctuate often so there is always room to save more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients or clients obtained without a referral are welcomed into our ‘window family’. Our goal is to rid the stress of home projects and replace it with an experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Personally, the fact that I have tiger blood qualifies me to do anything, but when it comes to our installers, they must meet the strictest requirements which are well above industry standard.
