- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No we do not have a standard pricing system in place. We are very flexible when it comes to pricing for most jobs including moving, hauling and demolish. Every customer has different needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We contact the customer via phone. Set up an appointment to come out to the job site to view what needs to get done. That gives us the opportunity to talk about the customer's need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served in the U.S. Arm Services for four years doing similar work. I also managed a local company that specialized in moving and hauling.
