All the damaged pieces of hard wood were seamlessly replaced and the floor refinish were well done. Wood works, as well as the refinish for the stares were also well done. For any one who needs a hard wood floor project I strongly recommend Otto's Hardwood Floors.

Great team. Very humble, great at their work. I hire them to refinish my hardwood floor. It's shining now. Price is much better than lot of other companies. I will definitely recommend them to my frds and family. And I will hire them again in future. Thank you so much for great work.

I used Otto's originally on a hardwood refinishing job. Jose showed up early for the estimate, was very friendly, took time to explain and measure the floor and got me an accurate quote. I was confident with his quote as he took the time to measure the square footage. Other companies just came in and quoted without measuring which made me hesitant. After the refinishing job, I had him do an install of vinyl plank at another property, again he measured and gave me an accurate quote. No surprises when you go to pay. Flooring looked great!!! Finally, I had Otto's do a hardwood flooring installation at yet another investment home I own. Those floors looked FANTASTIC and cost far less than our old installer we used, I have seen my fair share of hardwood floors as I am not only a realtor but a real estate investor. I would hire Otto's Hardwood Floors again in the future, Jose makes every effort to accommodate his customers! You would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't consider Otto's Hardwood Floors for your next flooring project!

Otto’s Hardwood Floors is such a great company. José took the time to come out and give a free estimate for the work to be done, repaired part of my floor for free, and finished the work early. He was courteous enough to take the time to answer all of my questions throughout the process. The work he and his team did was fantastic and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Our floors were in pretty rough shape and had not be treated in many years as the top clear coat was non existent, there was water damage, and had other problem areas that floors of almost 70 years would have. We will definitely hire again and would highly recommend to anyone needed their floors refinished.
