Max came within 24 hours of a request for an estimate for several different jobs and emailed the estimate the next day. The day after we hired him for the jobs, he came into our house and did entire prep and install for a whole house water filtration system replaced three new toilets. He left the house without leaving us with a mess to clean up! We appreciated the way he does business and will use him for our plumbing jobs in the future!

Max went above and beyond what he was hired to do. I also appreciated his gregariousness and his willingness to educate me on various plumbing related matters. Even replaced a rusted/corroded pipe on the water heater. Now I know who to call for all plumbing (and furnace) related tasks. PS - I've already planned to hire him again to replace my water heater next year.

He came when he said he would, didn't charge us for the estimate, quickly diagnosed the problem, told us how he'd fix it, and we were able to schedule a date for the repair. He's a personable guy as well. I'd love to be able to send an update when the repair is done. Can I?
