The guys that arrived from Junk King to do the job I had for them were great! I would have picked all 5 ‘items you liked’ on this review if Thumbtack would allow. They arrived on time, gave me an honest & accurate price, did an amazing job to get everything into the truck and it was a searing hot 95 deg. day. They were polite & courteous. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes, we have a list of standard prices that relate to the volume of junk that is put into our trucks. We charge only for volume, so there are no hidden charges. IMPORTANT NOTE: Thumbtack customers always receive at least 20% off our regular prices. We give our best prices online through Thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We provide a free, no-obligation estimate, which allows the customer and Junk King St. Louis complete confidence that we will do exactly what we say, at the price we provide. We never charge more than our estimate, but may charge less if the job is smaller than we expected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of my employees are trained on customer service, pricing, and truck operations. But customer service is always my #1 priority. If a customer has a service complaint or suggestion I ask them to contact me directly.
